Some commonly used or basic parts may be available on hand. However, many repairs—especially those involving larger components or appliances—require parts to be sourced and shipped.

If parts are needed, options and timelines will be discussed with you so you can decide how you’d like to proceed. Chris prioritizes clear communication and will not move forward with additional costs without your approval.

Not all issues can be resolved in a single visit. Some repairs may require additional time, specialized parts, or follow-up service once components are sourced.

If a repair cannot be completed during the initial visit, Chris will explain the situation, outline next steps, and discuss available options. The goal is to keep you informed and avoid unnecessary delays or surprises.

Do you work within a service radius?

Yes. Mobile service is provided within a 50-mile radius of the current location, which is included in the $75 service call fee.

Service outside the 50-mile radius may be available depending on scheduling and route planning. Additional travel beyond the included radius is billed at $1 per mile. Travel fees will be communicated clearly before service is scheduled.
